Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and security labels must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure safe delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Complete the returns form enclosed with your order. Indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  2. Include the form in your return parcel.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the return address provided.

If you’ve misplaced your returns form, contact us at service@worldofseasons.com and we will assist you.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Store credit (if preferred) will be emailed to you as a digital code once the return is processed.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 28 days of receipt, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Fill out the returns form enclosed in your order and specify the item and size you’d like in exchange.
  2. Return the original item using a tracked service.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will dispatch the replacement within 2–3 business days (subject to availability).

Additional Notes on Exchanges

  • You may exchange an item up to two times.
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, we may ask you to pay the difference via gift card or additional payment.
  • If the new item is less expensive, we’ll refund the price difference to your original payment method or provide store credit.

Exchanges are shipped back to you free of charge (for the first two exchanges per item).

Late Returns

Returns received after 30 days of your delivery date may not be accepted and could be sent back to you. Please ensure returns are sent in a timely manner.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or soiled, please contact our customer service team at service@worldofseasons.com before returning it, so we can assist you appropriately.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • Use your local postal service with a tracked and signed-for option.
  • Keep your tracking number for reference until your return is confirmed.

Return Condition Requirements

We take pride in offering quality products. Therefore:

  • Items must be returned in original, resellable condition.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
