We ship internationally using reliable carriers such as 4PX, UPS, and FedEx. All shipments are sent with tracking and signature confirmation for added security.

Delivery Information

• A signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at your shipping address (home or work).
• If no one is available, the courier may leave a delivery notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.
• We cannot reroute packages once they are dispatched, so please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Customs & Duties

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or taxes incurred upon arrival.
• Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse a delivery, you will be charged for both the original shipping fee and the return shipping costs. Any refund issued will be minus these amounts.
